1. Cancelling Your Subscription

If you’re a subscriber to NIXXIT IT SOLUTIONS LLC services and feel that your issue hasn’t been resolved to your satisfaction, you have the right to cancel your Subscription Services Agreement at any time. To start the cancellation process, simply send a written request via email to info@nixxititsolutions.com.

Important Details:

• Payment Responsibility: You will be responsible for paying for all services rendered during your subscription period up to the cancellation date.
• Refund Policy: Please note that the annual subscription fee is non-refundable if the subscription has been active for 7 days or more.
